Location: Remote (Eastern Europe / MENA / India preferred)

MLabs is hiring Senior and Lead QA Automation Engineers to support a large-scale financial technology program for a UAE-based enterprise client. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing frameworks across web, mobile, backend, and blockchain-integrated systems. The role requires a strong automation-first mindset and experience working in enterprise or regulated environments.

Lead-level candidates will drive QA strategy, establish automation standards, and mentor distributed QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks
• Implement API, UI, and integration test automation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure test coverage across backend and frontend systems
• Develop and maintain CI/CD-integrated test pipelines
• Identify, document, and track defects in complex distributed systems
• Improve testing strategies to ensure scalability, security, and performance
• Lead Engineers: define QA strategy, mentor QA engineers, and drive quality standards across teams

Requirements

• 5+ years (Senior) / 8+ years (Lead) QA automation experience
• Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Experience testing REST APIs (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of test design, regression testing, and automation best practices
• Experience with Git-based workflows

Preferred

• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments
• Experience testing distributed or microservices-based systems
• Experience with performance or load testing tools
• Exposure to blockchain-integrated applications
• Experience working in distributed remote teams
