Our client is a premier prime broker for the Hyperliquid ecosystem, developing mission-critical infrastructure to facilitate institutional-grade algorithmic trading at scale. As the decentralized finance (DeFi) landscape evolves toward high-frequency and institutional requirements, our client provides the essential bridge for professional trading firms to access advanced on-chain liquidity.


The organization is seeking a Growth Lead to spearhead the expansion of its partner ecosystem, total value locked (TVL), and overall platform adoption. This is an end-to-end business development role designed for a high-agency individual who can navigate the complexities of institutional trading and the nuances of decentralized protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing institutional users and building the strategic partnerships necessary to solidify our client's position as a market leader in the prime brokerage space.


Key Responsibilities

  • Institutional Onboarding: Source, vet, and onboard institutional users, including professional trading firms and market makers, to the platform.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and execute high-impact partnerships across the DeFi and trading infrastructure landscape to expand the platform's reach.
  • Growth Management: Take full ownership of TVL growth targets and platform adoption metrics, reporting directly on progress and market sentiment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the internal engineering and product teams to ensure that growth strategies are technically feasible and aligned with the product roadmap.
  • Market Representation: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and within key digital channels to build brand authority and trust among institutional counterparts.



Requirements

  • Sector Experience: Proven track record in business development or growth roles within a crypto protocol, centralized/decentralized exchange, or prime brokerage.
  • Professional Network: A robust, existing network of contacts across the institutional trading and DeFi sectors.
  • Technical Literacy: A deep understanding of on-chain infrastructure and institutional trading workflows, with the ability to engage confidently with highly technical founders and engineers.
  • Execution Focus: A strong bias toward action with a history of delivering measurable, high-impact results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to navigate complex deal structures and identify long-term ecosystem synergies.

  3. Strategy Deep-Dive: Second interview with the Founder/CEO.
  4. Final Evaluation: A one-day work trial to simulate real-world collaboration and strategic planning.
