Do you have 5+ years of experience in platform Engineering roles. *

Have you been in the process with BATON CORP in the past 12 months either direct or through another recruiter? *

Are you primarily an infrastructure engineer, and also a real software engineer. Cloud, infrastructure-as-code, deployment, and reliability are your home turf — and you also write and review production code to a high standard, not just configuration and glue? *

Have you built foundational systems before — ideally 0→1 — and can talk credibly about decisions you made early that you were later glad about, and ones you'd make differently? *

Have you run things that genuinely matter in production: highly available systems, multi-region or failover designs, real on-call, real incidents, real post-mortems. You understand why reliability in a financial system is a different kind of serious? *

Are you fluent with modern cloud, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment tooling? *

Do you have security engineering experience. If you've done real application or infrastructure security work, that's a strong differentiator for this role? *
