Do you have 2+ years building blockchain-based distributed systems and consensus engines? *

Do you have expert proficiency in Rust and other low-level languages? *

Do you have a deep understanding of consensus protocols (e.g. PBFT, HotStuff, Tendermint) & Strong cryptography fundamentals: hashing, Merkle trees, multisignatures, elliptic-curve cryptography? *
