MLabs is hiring Senior and Lead Frontend Engineers to support a large-scale financial technology program for a UAE-based enterprise client. You will build secure, high-performance web applications within a regulated financial environment. This role focuses on modern frontend architecture, scalable UI systems, and seamless integration with backend and blockchain services. Lead-level candidates will drive frontend architecture decisions and mentor distributed engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript
- Implement clean, modular, and testable frontend architecture
- Integrate frontend systems with secure backend APIs
- Optimize performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with backend, mobile, and blockchain teams
- Participate in code reviews and enforce frontend best practices
- Lead Engineers: guide architecture, mentor developers, and drive technical standards
Requirements
- 5+ years (Senior) / 8+ years (Lead) frontend development experience
- Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience building production-grade SPAs
- Strong understanding of state management and modern frontend architecture
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks
- Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments
- Experience building data-intensive dashboards or trading interfaces
- Familiarity with Web3 or blockchain-integrated frontend applications
