Our firm has been retained to find an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing engineering team. This role is ideal for a developer who thrives in an Agile environment and possesses a deep technical foundation in both modern front-end frameworks and robust back-end systems.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that drive core business functions. You will collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features while ensuring the performance, security, and responsiveness of the platform. This is a hands-on role that requires a commitment to clean code, thorough documentation, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Build and maintain scalable applications using .NET and Angular (v13+).
• Architecture & Design: Collaborate with teams to define and deliver new features from concept to production.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in rigorous code reviews and automation practices.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Agile Integration: Actively participate in sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• DevOps Support: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and uphold modern DevOps practices to ensure seamless deployment cycles.

MUST-HAVE Qualifications:

• Experience: 8–10 years in IT, with 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically as a Full Stack Developer.
• Front-End Stack: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular (v13+) or Stencil.
• Back-End Stack: Strong experience in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Web API.
• Database: Solid experience with MS SQL Server.
• Cloud & Web Services: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Tools: Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong analytical and debugging abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of financial markets, banking products, or wealth management.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments and exposure to CI/CD automation.
