Do you have 4–5 years experience owning requirements through testing, whether in consulting, advisory, implementation, or in-house product. Financial-services or fintech exposure is a plus, but the instinct for clarity matters most? *

Do you have a background working at the Big Four advisory (PwC/EY/KPMG/Deloitte), Accenture, or boutique transformation firms (Capco, West Monroe, Slalom, Guidehouse, CrossCountry)? Also strong: implementation consultants (Workday/Salesforce/ERP, fintech professional services) and financial-services transformation / COO-office / loan-ops modernization teams. *

Do you have these core skills? Requirements elicitation and validation, writing functional specs at the right altitude, use cases → test cases, UAT planning/execution and defect triage, gap analysis and requirements traceability. Plus fluency operating AI product workflows and editorial judgment over AI-generated output. *

Do you have experience working with the following tools: AI, Linear, Notion, Slack, GSuite, Figma, PowerPoint, process-mapping (Miro/Lucidchart/Visio); fine if coming from Jira/Confluence/MS? *

Nice-to-have domain experience (not required): Exposure to loan markets, especially private credit and broadly syndicated loans; general loan-operations / credit-ops experience; familiarity with loan admin / settlement / closing processes. The value is a shorter ramp and the ability to speak clients' language early — not deep specialisation.
