The organization is seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst who is eager to learn, grow, and make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment. This role is designed to support data initiatives across the product lifecycle, assisting cross-functional teams in making informed decisions through clear analysis, rigorous reporting, and actionable insight generation.


The successful candidate will work closely with senior data staff, receiving mentorship while gradually taking on increased ownership of the data stack. Key Responsibilities

  • Experimentation Support: Assist in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to improve the consumer product experience and drive user engagement.
  • Metric Investigation: Proactively investigate product metrics to uncover emerging trends, potential technical issues, and growth opportunities.
  • Visualization & Reporting: Build, update, and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track KPIs and present complex insights to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Data Extraction: Utilize SQL to extract and analyze data from the corporate data warehouse to answer critical business questions.
  • Behavioral Modeling: Support the development of basic analytical frameworks and models to deepen the organization's understanding of user behavior.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to address data needs and present concise findings that influence product strategy.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of internal data processes, documentation, and best practices to ensure data integrity and scalability.



Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in a data analyst, Business Intelligence (BI), or data-related role (relevant internships and significant project work are highly valued).
  • Technical Skills: Solid proficiency in SQL is required; experience with BigQuery is considered a significant advantage.
  • Analytical Tools: Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis and experience building visualizations in tools such as Looker, Grafana, or Tableau.
  • Experimentation Knowledge: A foundational understanding of A/B testing concepts and general experimentation frameworks.
  • Communication: Strong ability to transform raw data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with consumer-facing or product analytics data.
  • Familiarity with event-tracking platforms or tools such as FullStory.
  • Exposure to statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals.
  • Interest in fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or the broader consumer tech landscape.
  • Curiosity regarding machine learning concepts (deep expertise is not required).
