We are hiring on behalf of our client who are building the first parallelized Layer 1 blockchain, setting a new standard for performance and scalability by re-writing the most widely adopted execution environment in Web3. Their platform aims to give applications both the performance of Web2 and the decentralization of Web3. The Development Foundation drives adoption, supports the community, and partners with developers to bring groundbreaking applications to life. They are looking for a Growth Associate to spearhead the development of their blockchain's identity across global social platforms, with a focus on X (Twitter). You will craft innovative campaigns, foster community engagement, and expand their reach by bringing compelling stories and narratives to life. This is a crucial role requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for blockchain technology.

The Growth Associate will own the execution of our social media narrative and drive adoption through creative, trend-aware media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content & Narrative Leadership: Lead the development and execution of storytelling across platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Discord.
• Trend & Narrative Awareness: Stay ahead of technologies, trends, and crypto narratives to deliver innovative, timely, and engaging content.
• Collaboration & Campaigns: Collaborate with influencers, developers, and community leaders to create authentic, engaging video content, memes, and community campaigns.
• Strategic Development: Develop strategic frameworks and creative copy for brand and product campaigns, strictly maintaining the platform’s distinctive tone and style.
• Go-To-Market (GTM): Supercharge GTM strategies for new initiatives with fresh and impactful media activations.
• Operational Excellence: Create and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for seamless cross-functional collaboration, ensuring efficient delivery of campaign objectives.
