An opportunity has emerged for a proactive Partner Engineer (DevRel) to drive the adoption of these cross-chain protocols, manage strategic partnerships, and engage with the broader developer ecosystem. This role requires a blend of hands-on engineering expertise and developer advocacy. The successful candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact for integrations, ensuring that developers and users can seamlessly leverage the platform's capabilities within their own applications. Key Responsibilities

Integrations & Adoption

• Drive Adoption: Work closely with strategic partners and external developers to integrate cross-chain protocols into diverse applications.
• Technical Implementation: Collaborate with developer teams to solve complex technical challenges and optimize protocol implementations.
• Resource Creation: Author high-quality technical documentation, tutorials, and example repositories, including SDKs and guides to accelerate the integration lifecycle.
• Engineering Support: Debug and troubleshoot integration issues, providing direct engineering support to ecosystem projects.
• Barrier Identification: Proactively identify and resolve technical friction points to ensure smooth implementation across various projects.

Developer Support & Advocacy

• Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the primary PoC for partners, addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting live issues.
• Community Engagement: Actively support and engage with developers across platforms such as Telegram, GitHub, and Twitter to provide real-time assistance.
• Internal Advocacy: Represent developer needs internally to ensure protocol evolution aligns with community feedback and real-world requirements.

Technical Expertise & Enablement

• System Mastery: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the underlying technology and intent-driven architecture to effectively assist the ecosystem.
• Education: Conduct workshops, AMAs, and office hours to educate and empower the technical community.
• Reference Architectures: Develop example use cases, reference implementations, and best practices to demonstrate the platform's utility.

Ecosystem Growth

• Collaboration: Partner with tooling providers and infrastructure teams to expand protocol reach.
• Community Building: Foster strong relationships with key developers to build a resilient technical community.
• Metrics Analysis: Monitor adoption metrics and provide insights to continuously improve the developer experience (DX).

Requirements

• Engineering Background: Proven experience as a hands-on engineer with a strong background in software development, specifically within Web3, blockchain, or smart contract development.
• Technical Stack: Proficiency in TypeScript is required.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Previous experience in DevOps (GCP, Kubernetes) and familiarity with infrastructure setup is highly desirable.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex cryptographic and technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Support Capabilities: Comfortable managing multiple support channels, troubleshooting technical hurdles, and writing clear, concise documentation.
• Ecosystem Passion: A genuine passion for building and nurturing developer ecosystems in a decentralized environment.

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $140,000 USD per annum.
