Backed by premier investors, including Paradigm and Dragonfly, the firm is constructing a next-generation stablecoin infrastructure designed to be faster, more global, and more efficient than traditional siloed systems. By developing a full-service platform for issuing and integrating programmable stablecoins, the organization aims to provide developers, fintechs, and institutions with a seamless, trusted, and ubiquitous digital dollar stack.

Our client is seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Manager with deep expertise in fintech or the blockchain industry to lead marketing strategy and drive growth within a highly regulated landscape.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Leadership

  • Market Strategy: Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to the fintech, crypto, and payments sectors.
  • Brand Positioning: Lead brand messaging and thought leadership initiatives to build institutional credibility and trust in emerging markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, compliance, and sales teams to ensure go-to-market strategies align with both market opportunities and global regulatory obligations.


Campaign Development & Execution

  • Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, event, and PR channels, prioritizing educational content and regulatory adherence.
  • Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights and A/B testing to refine campaign performance and maximize impact.


Performance Analysis & Insights

  • Data Monitoring: Track marketing performance through advanced analytics tools to provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign outcomes.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of crypto market trends, the competitive landscape, and evolving global regulatory requirements.



Requirements

  • Experience: Proven success in a senior marketing role within the fintech, crypto, or blockchain industries, specifically navigating regulated markets.
  • Strategic Growth: A track record of driving brand growth, demand generation, and customer engagement through both creative and analytical approaches.
  • Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise in marketing analytics, CRM platforms, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial and technical concepts into clear, trust-building narratives.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial spirit suited for an individual contributor role with the ambition to scale into a management position as the organizational scope increases.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of stablecoins, decentralized finance (DeFi), and the broader financial technology ecosystem.
