MLabs is hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to support a large-scale financial technology and blockchain program for a UAE-based enterprise client. You will be responsible for defining intuitive, scalable user experiences and delivering polished, production-ready interface designs across complex web and mobile applications. This role combines user research, interaction design, and visual system design in a structured enterprise environment. The ideal candidate has experience designing data-heavy platforms and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX discovery, research, and user journey mapping
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Create and maintain scalable design systems and reusable components
- Define information architecture for complex applications
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and design quality across platforms
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in UI/UX or product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex web or mobile applications
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (or equivalent tools)
- Experience designing both user flows and high-fidelity interfaces
- Experience building or contributing to design systems
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams
Preferred
- Experience in fintech, banking, SaaS, or data-heavy platforms
- Experience designing dashboards or financial interfaces
- Understanding of accessibility standards
- Experience working in distributed remote teams
