We are hiring on behalf of our client, a market-leading company in cryptocurrency trading technology, renowned for operating one of the largest platforms in the space, currently facilitating over $25 billion in volume for more than 50,000 daily active users. They set the standard for speed, innovation, and reliability, offering advanced on-chain trading tools like DCA & limit orders, sniping, and automatic wallet copy-trading.

Having secured significant market share, the company is expanding its influence with a new, high-priority product: a dedicated web-based trading terminal. They are seeking a highly autonomous and driven Senior/Staff Front-End Developer to collaborate with their existing team and lead the creation of this high-performance web application. You will be instrumental in translating the platform's robust trading capabilities to the web, ensuring the user experience matches our hallmark speed and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and Maintain: Develop and maintain a responsive and user-centric web application using React/NextJS and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with Vision: Work closely with the Senior Full-Stack Developer to ensure seamless integration between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Optimize for Speed: Implement best practices to guarantee the app's fast and responsive performance, especially on mobile devices.
• Problem-Solve with Impact: Tackle complex user experience challenges with effective, innovative solutions.
• Champion Code Quality: Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code to promote a sustainable development environment.
• Engage in Real-Time Features: Support the integration of real-time data and enhance user interactions for core trading functionalities.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in front-end development with significant expertise in React/NextJS and TypeScript.
• Platform Experience: Must have experience building the front-end of a trading platform or similar high-data-flow financial application.
• Leadership Insight: Candidates should have held leading roles in (crypto) trading platforms/exchanges, contributing as a key decision-maker on a front-end team (e.g., influencing tech stack and design).
• Autonomy & Motivation: Proven ability to work independently, with a proactive mindset to push tasks forward and manage them effectively.

Technical Excellence:

• Expertise in creating fast, dynamic, and optimized web interfaces.
• Comfort with real-time data handling and web socket management.
• Innovative thinking to identify and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Domain Interest: A genuine curiosity and understanding of cryptocurrency and trading trends (DeFi).
• Communication: Strong ability to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with trading platforms, DeFi, or similar technology.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and collaborative development tools.
• Knowledge of and development experience in the Solana ecosystem is a plus.
