Do you have 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong backend focus, and 3+ years leading engineering teams in high-growth or zero-to-one environments? *

Deeply Web3-native: Do you hands-on experience building and shipping production blockchain systems (L1/L2 infra, dApps, or protocols), with a strong understanding of EVM-based ecosystems? *

Have you got a proven ability to build, scale, and lead high-performing teams, including hiring, mentorship, performance management, and setting a strong engineering culture? *

Do you have a strong proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript, with experience designing backend services, APIs, and systems that scale under high throughput and low-latency requirements? *

Have you got a strong understanding of the competitive Web3 landscape, especially across high-performance L1s, EVM chains, and application ecosystems; ability to reason about tradeoffs and guide teams toward meaningful differentiation? *
