Do you have Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school, or an equivalent degree from a United Kingdom or EU law school. *

Do you have 3–5 years of experience as an associate at a major law firm or within an in-house legal department? *

Are you proficient in internet-based legal research and common business applications, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel, as well as task management tools such as Notion and Slack? (or equivalent systems) *

Are you available to work fully onsite in NYC (Manhattan) *

Corporate legal experience preferred, including familiarity with basic corporate law concepts, documents, and procedure *
