We are partnering with an innovative venture-backed technology company that is building a consumer-focused product with global ambitions. They are looking for their first dedicated Growth Lead to drive user acquisition, community engagement, and early-stage growth.


This is an opportunity to join a high-calibre founding team and take ownership of growth strategy and execution from day one.


The Opportunity

As the first growth hire, you will be responsible for building awareness, acquiring users, and creating scalable growth systems. Approximately 50% of the role will involve direct engagement with online communities across platforms such as Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook groups, and digital nomad networks.


You will have significant autonomy to test ideas, run experiments, and identify growth opportunities without relying on an established playbook.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience driving growth for consumer products, ideally in fintech, payments, remittance, marketplaces, social products, or other highly engaged consumer applications.
  • Demonstrated success taking products from launch to meaningful early traction (e.g. 1,000+ active users).
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, activation, retention, referrals, and user lifecycle management.
  • Experience running hands-on growth experiments and turning insights into measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of attention-driven marketing, community-led growth, viral loops, partnerships, creator ecosystems, and unconventional distribution channels.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with limited structure and high ownership.
  • Fluent English required.
  • Spanish or Portuguese fluency is strongly preferred.

Compensation
