Do you have a four year degree and completion of paralegal program of study or demonstration of equivalent knowledge and skill? *

Do you have 5 or more years of experience as a paralegal or equivalent position; multi-national corporate experience preferred? *

Do you have proficiency in Internet research skills and use of computerised business applications (including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel) and task management systems such as Notion and Slack? (or equivalent task management systems) *

Do you have any corporate experience, including experience with basic corporate law concepts, documents, law, and procedure? This is preferred experiance not a requirement. *

Do you have excellent time, task, and project management skills and the ability to perform complex tasks efficiently and independently *
