We are hiring on behalf of our client who is seeking a Growth Lead to spearhead the growth trajectory of a real-time prediction market platform. This is a high-impact, foundational role designed for a disciplined operator who treats growth as a mechanical science. The organization functions as a lean, high-velocity team where growth is treated with the same rigour as a sportsbook or casino—prioritizing acquisition, retention, frequency, and sophisticated lifecycle management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for standing up the growth function from zero. This is not a role for brand-heavy marketers; it is for a product-minded strategist who understands iGaming, sportsbook, or crypto-casino mechanics and can drive strategy and judgment autonomously. The client utilizes AI to accelerate execution and expects a leader who can leverage these tools to maintain high output without sacrificing quality or taste.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Growth Ownership: Manage the entire funnel, including acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and reactivation strategies.

Lifecycle Program Architecture: Build lifecycle programs from the ground up, including missions, leaderboards, VIP structures, and deposit/wager-based progression.

Economic Mechanics: Design and execute promo and bonus mechanics with a deep understanding of churn curves, hold percentages, and arbitrage prevention.

Referral System Management: Design, recruit for, and attribute the referral program, ensuring underperforming channels are identified and closed quickly.

Data & Analytics: Own the growth dashboard, tracking events, cohorts, LTV, CAC, and payback periods without reliance on external analysts.

Experimental Cadence: Run a high volume of small-bet experiments, utilizing fast feedback loops to scale winners and kill failing campaigns without ego.

Founder Collaboration: Work directly with the founding team on product positioning and the integration of growth levers into the core product surface.
Requirements

Industry Expertise: Direct experience on the operator side of an iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or prediction-market platform.

Domain Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of wagering product metrics such as GGR vs. NGR, bonus abuse, and retention loops.

Referral & CRM Proficiency: Proven track record of designing referral programs and managing complex CRM sequences, mission-based loops, and reactivation campaigns.

Technical Literacy: Comfort working with raw event data and pulling independent cohorts; fluency in on-chain attribution and wallet-level analytics is highly preferred.

Operational Style: High output capacity with a "docs-heavy," async-first approach to communication.

Communication: A strong, versatile written voice capable of ghostwriting for executive accounts in the appropriate register for a "degen" or crypto-native audience.

Ecosystem Knowledge: Fluency in the Solana ecosystem and existing operator or referral relationships within the crypto/gambling space are considered significant assets.
