Have you been in the process with Peanut Protocol in the past 12 months, either directly or through another recruiter? *

Do you have proven consumer growth experience, ideally across payments, remittance, fintech, marketplaces, or high engagement consumer apps, with clear ownership of user acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and repeat usage. *

Have you demonstrated ability to build and execute growth strategies from zero to early traction, with evidence of taking a product from launch to at least 1,000 active users through hands on experimentation and fast iteration. *

Do you have strong funnel thinking and analytical ability, including experience identifying drop off points, designing experiments, tracking conversion, and turning user behaviour into practical growth actions. *

Have you got a deep understanding of attention driven consumer marketing, social distribution, viral loops, community, creator led growth, partnerships, and unconventional campaigns that generate organic demand. *

Are you highly hands on and comfortable operating as the first growth hire, owning strategy and execution without an existing playbook, team, or large budget. Spanish or Portuguese fluency is strongly preferred. *
