Our client is a premier development organization responsible for building and operating a high-stakes technology stack that powers one of the largest and most active token launchpads in the decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystem. The systems involved are engineered for low latency and high throughput, operating under constant, significant load where precision and system reliability are critical.

The organization is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to play a vital role in scaling cutting-edge platforms at the intersection of cryptocurrency and social finance. This individual will work across the entire technical stack to deliver high-performance, user-centric applications. The environment is characterized by an intense pace, high expectations, and immediate real-world impact. This role is ideal for a high-agency engineer who thrives on ownership and is motivated by the challenge of building products used by massive, global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Architecture & Deployment: Architect, build, and ship high-performance solutions at an accelerated pace, contributing to the growth of a leading crypto social network.
  • Full Stack Development: Manage the complete development lifecycle, from backend infrastructure to frontend interfaces, ensuring a seamless and scalable user experience.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Iteratively develop and prototype new features, maintaining a delicate balance between speed of execution and code quality.
  • Technical Problem Solving: Address complex challenges in a niche where innovation and system efficiency are the highest priorities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with a specialized team of engineers, designers, and product leaders to redefine the boundaries of social finance.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Exercise full autonomy over projects, managing work from the initial conceptual phase through to production deployment.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in full-stack web application development, specifically utilizing TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Performance Engineering: A proven track record of building high-performance, scalable platforms capable of supporting real-time user interactions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cryptocurrency, DeFi, or blockchain technologies is highly preferred; otherwise, a demonstrable eagerness to master these domains rapidly.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: The ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, quickly deconstructing complex challenges into executable solutions.
  • High Agency: A self-starting professional capable of leading features end-to-end with minimal guidance and a strong sense of personal ownership.
  • Environment Fit: Experience in high-growth startups or fast-moving product teams where speed and measurable impact are prioritized.
  • Operational Commitment: Ability to work in an in-person capacity, managing unconventional hours and an intense, high-load environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: A base salary range of $300,000 – $500,000, supplemented by an equity package of $75,000 – $500,000 and a performance bonus.
  • Unmatched Autonomy: Significant ownership over technical decisions and the freedom to ship code at the edge of crypto scale.
  • High-Impact Visibility: The ability to see the immediate real-world effects of your contributions on a platform operating under massive scale.
  • Elite Technical Team: Opportunity to collaborate with top-tier engineers in a mission-driven, talent-dense organization.

Interview Process

  1. Initial Screening: A preliminary call with the Recruiter or HR.
  2. Technical Evaluation I: An in-depth technical interview focusing on core engineering skills.
  3. Technical Evaluation II: A second technical deep-dive into system architecture and stack-specific proficiency.
  4. Final Interview: A comprehensive final stage to assess overall fit and technical alignment.
