Do you have 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with multiple cycles of building, scaling, and operating distributed systems in production? *

Do you have a proven track record of owning foundational backend architecture in high-growth or high-scale environments & Extensive experience with database design and data modelling, including complex tradeoffs around consistency, latency, and durability? *

Do you have a deep expertise in Rust, Go, or TypeScript, with strong systems-level intuition* *

Do you have a strong understanding of distributed systems design: consensus, failure modes, replication, consistency models, and performance tradeoffs? *

Do you have Crypto experience?
