We are hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-scaling financial technology startup operating at the intersection of Prediction Markets, AI, and Blockchain.

Their platform is currently processing $200M in annualized volume and experiencing explosive growth of 100% week-over-week. They are backed by elite institutional investors, including a $500M AUM digital asset fund and a premier AI/Crypto accelerator with a sub-1% acceptance rate. They are looking for a world-class Staff Mobile Engineer to own their iOS experience and build a high-stakes trading environment where performance is the primary product feature.

As a Staff Mobile Engineer, you will be the architectural lead and primary owner of their iOS trading experience. This is a product-critical role where your code sits directly between their users and live, real-money markets.

You will work in a high-bandwidth environment alongside the CEO, COO, and founding engineering team to ship a mobile experience that rivals the best in TradFi.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the mobile architecture and own the iOS codebase from inception to deployment.
• Real-Time Systems: Build and optimize low-latency trading interfaces featuring live orderbooks, streaming charts, and instant position updates.
• High-Stakes Engineering: Implement secure, seamless wallet and key management flows using modern embedded infrastructure.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize for extreme responsiveness, WebSocket stability, and battery efficiency under heavy data loads.
• Rapid Iteration: Ship high-quality features daily, moving from concept to production without the friction of heavy corporate processes.

Requirements

They are looking for a high-agency engineer who thrives when given autonomy and "impossible" performance targets.

• Expertise: Deep experience building and scaling high-performance consumer iOS applications (React Native / TypeScript).
• Technical Depth: Mastery of real-time data streaming (WebSockets), complex state management, and API integration (REST + GraphQL).
• UX Intuition: A refined eye for detail—you understand that in trading, a 100ms delay in UI feedback is a bug.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with modern mobile CI/CD (TestFlight), monitoring (Sentry/Crashlytics), and ideally, embedded wallet infrastructure (e.g., Privy).
• Mindset: You are "high-ownership," comfortable with ambiguity, and move fast without sacrificing production quality.
• Interest: A genuine interest in trading, decentralized finance, or high-throughput financial products is a significant advantage.

Location Note: They have a preference for candidates based in Eastern Europe or Asia to align with their current global distribution.
