We are hiring on behalf of our client, a core contributor to a high-performance, open-source blockchain ecosystem. They have pioneered the first parallelized EVM Layer 1, specifically engineered to scale Web3 applications to Web2-level performance. Their mission is to drive the mass adoption of digital assets by providing the infrastructure necessary for the next generation of global applications.

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will be at the epicenter of this evolution. You will not just be building features; you will be shaping the future of decentralized technology by empowering ecosystem partners to launch high-impact dApps. From decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and gaming to AI and DePIN, you will work across diverse domains to push the boundaries of what is possible on-chain.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with ecosystem partners to design and build cutting-edge decentralized applications (dApps) from end to end.
• Bridge the gap between complex blockchain infrastructure and intuitive user experiences.
• Work within a high-velocity, globally distributed team of industry veterans from Google, Goldman Sachs, Nvidia, and Databricks.
• Engage with a "community-first" mindset, ensuring that the tools and applications you build directly serve and grow the ecosystem.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Web3 Expertise: 1+ year of hands-on experience building dApps end-to-end. You should be comfortable navigating the unique challenges of the Web3 stack.
• Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in at least one of the following: TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Go, or Rust.
• Databases: Strong experience with database management using SQL, NoSQL, or equivalent technologies.
• Infrastructure: Experience with cloud technologies (AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Mindset: A "shipping" mentality—you enjoy rapid development and seeing your work have a tangible impact on a global scale.
