Remote | Full-time

Compensation: $200K - $250K


We are hiring on behalf of our client, the team behind the next-generation yield engine for the crypto economy. Their unified infrastructure layer connects deposited capital to the best risk-adjusted yield opportunities across Decentralized Finance (DeFi), continuously and automatically reallocating assets to maximize returns. They are building the "last vault you’ll ever need" and are backed by leading venture capital firms and major blockchain foundations.


As the Ecosystem Lead, you will own our infrastructure's ecosystem-driven growth strategy end-to-end. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the adoption of their infrastructure across the broader application landscape. You will scale customer acquisition and growth by identifying, building, and managing strategic partnerships that are crucial to onboarding the next billion people into DeFi.


The Opportunity:

  • Strategy Ownership: Design and own the end-to-end ecosystem strategy, focusing on expanding the reach and integration of their protocol.
  • Partnership Management: Identify, source, negotiate, and execute partnerships that drive significant user and capital adoption.
  • Go-to-Market: Lead ecosystem-related Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for new feature launches and protocol expansions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless partner integrations and product alignment.
  • Growth: Start with them from ground zero and drive exponential growth through innovative partnerships.



Who You Are:

  • Experience: 3+ years in Business Development (BD), Ecosystem, or GTM (Go-to-Market) roles, specifically within the crypto or Web3 infrastructure space.
  • Domain Expertise: Broad experience and deep familiarity across both major blockchain ecosystems: EVM and Solana.
  • Growth Mindset: You are obsessed with growth and have a proven track record of delivering measurable, incredible results through strategic and innovative partnerships.
  • Execution: Proven success building partnerships, leading complex cross-functional projects, and effectively working with technical/engineering teams.
  • Autonomy: Excellent communication skills and comfort operating highly autonomously in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
  • Passion: Strong passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield generation.

1) Founder / CEO Interview - 30 min initial screen with CEO

2) Hiring Manager Interview - tech screen 1h (Krasi)

3) Take Home Test

4) Final Interview - 3x interviews with team members
