Do you have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in high-growth technical environments? (AI, Infrastructure, SaaS, or Crypto) *

Technical fluency: You can speak confidently about LLMs, data engineering, and distributed systems. You don’t need to code, but you must understand the trade-offs candidates have made in their careers, (please explain) *

Are you Comfortable operating in high ambiguity: You can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift as we find product-market fit *

Experience recruiting for niche roles (e.g., Cryptographers, ML Researchers, or Sovereign Cloud Architects) is a nice to have *

Hands-on familiarity with modern recruiting stacks (Ashby, Greenhouse, Gem, or similar) and how to leverage data to predict hiring timelines is a nice to have. *
