We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of our systems through automation, monitoring, and encryption-first architectures. This is a critical role that requires hands-on expertise in cloud-native security, performance optimization, and cost-efficient infrastructure design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• PaaS Development: Lead the development and evolution of our internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to support engineering teams and improve developer experience.
• CI/CD: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI) to enable rapid, safe, and fully automated deployments across various blockchain networks.
• Performance & Cost: Ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency of infrastructure through continuous monitoring, tuning, and optimization.
• Container Management: Manage containerized workloads using Docker/Kubernetes in production environments.
• Security & Collaboration: Apply cloud-native security best practices and collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate DevOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure roles.
• CI/CD Expertise: Strong expertise in deploying and maintaining systems with tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, TravisCI, or Jenkins. Must be able to lead and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless, automated deployments.
• Cloud & Containers: Proficient in managing containerized infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes in production.
• IaC & Scripting: Skilled in scripting (e.g., Bash) and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef.
• Monitoring: Proficient in monitoring and observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience with blockchain protocols and distributed systems.
• Security Awareness: Strong awareness of cybersecurity best practices in cloud and blockchain contexts.
• Attributes: Proactive problem solver, collaborative communicator, team-oriented mindset, and delivery-focused.
• Language: Fluent in English.
